Jameis Winston down on fourth-down TD try against Oregon

FSU's latest attempt at a fourth down conversion falls inches short.

An apparent Florida State go-ahead touchdown was reversed on review, when film showed that quarterback Jameis Winston's knee was down with the ball short of the goal line.

Florida State decided to go for the touchdown on 4th and goal from the one yard line on the first play of the second quarter. The Seminoles, who have not converted a fourth down attempt this season, trail Oregon 8-3.
