He's trying to show off his punting skills to NFL teams in the East-West Shrine Game, but inadvertently showed off his wide receiver skills.
That's Colorado's Darragh O'Neill punting for the West team in the East-West Shrine Game. The rosters on the game's website doesn't include a long snapper for either team, which might be why this snap was catapulted backwards for what should've been a safety. Luckily, O'Neill has ups -- he was recruited by the University of Denver as a basketball player -- and makes the neat one-handed catch.
