DeAndre Jordan is very good at hitting regular shots but forgot how to hit free throws

The free throws are supposed to be easier!

DeAndre Jordan hit his first four shots against the Nets, but missed his first eight free throws, including this airball.

It's a exaggerated microcosm of the center's stats -- he's shooting a career-high 73.1 percent from the floor, the best figure in the NBA, while shooting 40.6 percent from the line. He's been worse -- he's shot below 40 percent three times in his seven NBA seasons. Such things will happen for a guy who shoots the vast majority of his shots within two feet of the rim and doesn't really have any need to develop a consistent jumper
