Northwestern tried to beat Michigan, but fell on its butt

The worst end to the worst game.

Northwestern-Michigan was one of the worst games I've ever watched. The score was 0-0 at halftime, but both teams managed to each fail their way into a touchdown and a field goal in the second half. NU's touchdown came with three seconds left, and trailing 10-9, Pat Fitzgerald made the bold decision to go for the win with a two-point conversion.

It went like this:

QB Trevor Siemian fell on his butt. He was sacked six times on the day, and this would be the seventh.

There were many other bad plays.
